Typically diamond cutting blades and bits are extremely expensive; so I was rather hesitant purchasing this bit. I used it to cut through a 3/8" piece of glass in my sump. Using a drill press and a constant flow of water; it cut through the glass with ease; and still has plenty of life left for multiple more cuts. So long as you have a constant speed and water; you'll have no problem using this bit.
