This product takes some stress off if you have bad heaters, you don't have to worry about drastic temp. changes throughout the day. It took over a week to get it and when I did everything they said to do, the temperature reading on it is off by 10 degrees. Its OK now that I figured out how much it is off so i just re-adjusted the set temp. Although I am trying to see if the can send me a new one or help me fix the problem, I am have a lot of difficulty with them. This product is good and strong but I would try to find a more reliable product.

This is a very good controller. Works great. Easy to see and read displaying tank temp. as well as set point temp. at a glance. Keeps my 275 gallon tank well within acceptable range. Well worth the money.
