I am new to the aquarium world and after getting my lights installed found it to be a real pain to turn off and on the lights with any kind of regular cycle. As a result, I was leaving them on too long and ended up with a severe algae bloom.
I bought this power strip and my lighting chores became so much simpler. I now have my dusk/dawn lighting, my daytime lighting and my night and refugium lighting controlled by this one device. I also like the flexibility of off/on in 15 minute cycles if I wanted to do such a thing!

This has never kept timing. Always sticks at the same time find myself having to manually turn on my moon lights its really becoming a pain. Although everthing else works good. Not to bad to set up if it worked right I would give it a better review.

Definitely the best and most reliable power center on the market. I have used them for the past 5 years on all 3 of my tanks.

This timer is perfect for setting different time schedule for your actinic lights and normal daytime light. Quality inside looks good even though I had to resolder internal power wire due to cold solder joint. Would recommend as a good buy.

These strips are the best for controlling all your powers needs for Daylight, Actinics, and Moonlight variations. Sit back and let the strip do it for you. Has one constant on plug in for anything else but timers are generally not for pumps etc, so this saves allot of extension cords from being used.
