E.T.S.S. Evolution 750 Protein Skimmer

New Larger, more powerful version of the Evolution 500. Uses a full size "Downdraft" mixing tower for greatly increased air-water mixing capacity and more powerful skimming.

Size is just 24 x 9 x 9 inches. Can fit into most larger tank's sump or in the stand. Fully sealed "O ring" construction for ease of servicing and reliability. Large 8 in. diameter skimming body.

Large 1 inch inlet and 1 1/2 inch precision gate valve for the drain, makes it easy to process a large volume of water.
Dual waste collection™ option, either in the cup or using a remote waste container, leaves you in control.
Simple disassembly with keyhole flanges allows for fast, easy disassembly for cleanings.

The Evolution Series of skimmers are the first ever "countercurrent" downdraft design. This provides certain unique operational properties set it apart from the rest of the ETSS line. Giving your tank gentle but highly effective waste removal that will never over skim your aquarium.
Great for a mixed coral tank at any flow rate (GPH). It creates the finest bubble size that totally fills the skimmer body with so much air that it turns the water to a solid milk color.
The countercurrent action allows for far greater air water contact time and reduces the amount of wet foaming to a minimum, creating a really dense waste product in a very compact space saving design that fits into most stands.
Its very plankton friendly "Downdraft"™ action will also be greatly appreciated by your tank's inhabitants.

Skimmer will process up to 750 gph. Ideal for tanks up to 300 gallons.
