This reactor has a great following. The parts are all made from good materials and easy to setup. I like the key hole design for the lid which makes it easy to take off.
The main issue I have with this reactor is that the Eheim pump that drives the reverse H2O flow action and moves the CO2 thru the media is way under powered for this to be rated for a 400 gallon system. The CA reactor I had previously was the Knop S IV which had a better channel design and next size up Eheim pump which delivered twice the amount of water flow, and this unit was able to barely keep up with a fully stocked SPS 200 gallon system.
