  • Credit cards are the suggested method of payment because your credit card company will automatically calculate the applicable exchange rate at the time your order is charged. Please note that we may require payment via wire transfer in cases when we can not verify credit card information.
    We also accept checks (drawn on U.S. banks only) with "Payable in U.S. Funds" written beside the check amount, international money orders, cashier's check (in U.S. Funds), and AquaCave gift cards and gift certificates.  Sorry, no CODs.

  • Most international orders are shipped via Air Mail, Global Express Mail, and DHL. For heavy orders to Canada and Mexico we can use UPS Ground Service.

  • For all international orders, shipping and handling costs do not include export taxes, duties, or any other fees imposed by the carriers or customs. Those fees are to be full responsibility of the buyer.

  • All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by international money order or by credit card. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders.

  • Damage Claims*: In case when shipped item is damaged in transit, recipient is responsible for filing all paperwork related to damage claim. We can not re-ship the replacement item until the initial claim is resolved.
