Please note that our shopping cart will not calculate shipping fees for your livestock order. If you combine livestock and dry goods in the single order we will process it as two separate orders. Livestock order will have shipping and handling fees added according to our livestock shipping policy.

All livestock orders will ship via UPS Next Day Air service with signature confirmation.
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your UPS tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival.
Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.

Packing & Box Charges: We employ the highest standards in packing your order to insure the safe arrival for your livestock. We do not charge packing and box fees. We personally deliver all of our packages to UPS, avoiding any additional handling by drivers unaccustomed to handling livestock.

UPS Hold Facilities - To reduce stress on livestock and as a convenience to our customers, AquaCave endorses the use of qualified UPS Hold Facilities as your shipment destination. You must provide us with the address, so to find your nearest hold facility, please go to http://www.ups.com/dropoff

Departure Time - In an effort to reduce the amount of time that livestock spends in transit, we deliver live shipments directly to our local UPS facility at the end of each shipping day which is usually between 7:30-8:00pm CST.

Tracking Information - A tracking number will be emailed to you with information confirming the location and time your package will arrive. Tracking information is sent by email from UPS shipping system. You will receive your tracking number about one hour after shipments depart from our facility which is usually between 7:30-8:00pm CST.
