I like to use this filter material as a last step in my sump before the water gets returned to the display tank. If you have a real dirty tank this material will get plugged up fast but it can be cleaned out under running water and reused. The only thing that I do not like about it is it leaves a lot of lint when you cut it to size. Its no big deal though as the lint is easily cleaned up.
Another great product at a great price.
