ORP (Oxygen Reduction Potential) is not an easy water quality parameter to fully understand. Fortunately you need to know little more than that it is measured in mV and that it will be the measure by which we switch Ozone Generators and the pumps that regulate Nitratereductors.
The Aqua MedicmV Controllers and mV Computers are outstanding instruments to accurately monitor milli-volts and switch a powered outlet in order to achieve the set potential.

The mV Computer is a microprocessor run mV monitor and controller that provides high precision measurement and control.
The waterproof proof front panel includes soft touch keys to set the operating values and to calibrate the electrode. The switching bandwidth (hysteresis) is adjustable over a wide range to define the amount of mV drift allowed before switching. With the mV Computer you can set the control direction up or down, in low mode the controller can activate an Ozone Generator to boost skimmer production and to maintain an appropriately high system redox-potential, to control the flow rate through a Nitratereductor to retain anoxic conditions ideal for denitrification.
The high mode function allows for reducing additions.

The Aqua Medic mV Computer includes an electrode (78005, High Pressure, Threaded), and a complete set of calibration fluids.
