I have R2 Moonlight Dual on a timer,it goes on after my lights go off for 6 hours.My corals look great and the effects are really nice.Well worth the price. (Updated on 9/30/2011.)

I have 3 different brands of lunarlights running before I bought these.These outperform them all! The fish cast shadows on the mopani wood and cichlid stones.You can see the markings on your fish instead of fish shapes swimming about.My albino clownknife looks like hes chrome plated! I wish this set-up was on the market before I bought the others.Looks like I have to upgrade my entire fish room now.Definitely worth the money.Creates an alien lunar landscape.

Excellent purchase for my 150 gallon tank, more light than I need. very small size and light output is very good

I bought these on sale here for $45. I had been looking at another makers product that had 4 - 1W but decided to take a chance. It would have cost me almost 3 times the amount to do it with the Powerbrights. These easily covered my 110g tall (48 wide x 18 deep x 32 tall) reef tank setting my Zoas and other luminescence on fire with neon color. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I'm considering buying the R2 Moonphase Controller next even thought I have them on timers. Ive had nothing but great experiences here at Aquacave. Thanks for the great service!
