I use a single one of these on my RSM130D. It is hung about 9 inches above my water line and it illuminates the entire tank at night, it isnt too bright that the fish dont think its nighttime, but I can still see polyp entension on all my LPS. Very nice when attached to my moonlight controller. Also the mounting kit is very nice if screwed down. Also came with two sided tape that I am not going to trust so I dont drop the light into the water. Overall great light. If your tank is over 3 feet wide, you may want to consider 2 of these.
