The pump is quiet, nearly silent. It is powerful and quite nice to look at - shiny gold. This is my 3rd Reeflo pump, one feeds my skimmer, one I am going to use for a closed loop and this one is the return from my sump which is located in the basement. Aquacave price is great, free shipping, I ordered the pump on a Saturday and to my surprise it arrived on Monday! Great service Aquacave! Thank you!
