Skimz E-Series SK201 Protein Skimmer features the more powerful Skimz ES2800 needlewheel pump. With the combination of the conical body and bubble plate, it is the most effective skimmer in its class by significantly reducing turbulence, bubble bursting and surface agitation. The SK201 draws an air intake of 780 litres per hour, suitable for tanks up to 2,000 litres (533 gal.).
This competitively priced protein skimmer is low on power consumption, attractive yet delivers superb skimming results.

No feed pump required. Skimz Sk201 draws water directly from sump.

Just received the SK201 recently. In regards to the pump I believe some changes have been made along the line. Current pump the comes with this skimmer is the ES 2800. However the label on the current ES 2800 has the pump pegged at 16 watts for 1020 L/H. Just a little FYI

The product works great, but the advertised ES5000 pump (actually printed on the skimmer body) inst what you get. Aquacave does state the ES2800 is what comes with it, but Skimz and the product itself say ES5000. Just makes you wonder. Either way, the skimmer works great with the provided pump.
