Its a touch loud but its worth it for the air it pulls. I converted my ASM G1 skimmer into a recirc skimmer with this pump and the results have been amazing!

I ordered two of these pumps for a custom skimmer that I built. One of the best investments Ive made for my Reef Tank!! They are quiet, and produce a very thick foam. The only problem so far is watch them on start up some times they run back wards. I just unplug it and plug it back in.
