Started feeding this to my cichlids and they got more color in them after eating this ! (Updated on 3/31/2009.)

This food was recommended to me, and now part of the diet for my Tropheus. I only add about 5 disk for the entire tank, but seeing the fish go after it and take it from each other is quite enjoyable. I have had no problems feeding this to my 4 groups of Tropheus.
