This is one of the best foods to feed African Cichlids. They have good color and are continuing to breed. I feed this to any of my fish that can take the 3 mm pellet. There is no waste like with flake food and all my fish seem to relish it. There is no wasted food when I feed it. Excellent product. I am not able to buy large amounts locally, so here is where I have bought it. I have 50 tanks so I go through a lot of food. New Life Spectrum is a good product and value for my money.
