Our trap comes equipped with a separate bait compartment in the rear of the trap to allow the specimen to go all the way into the trap for ease of catching. Instructions:

* Place dry, fresh or frozen food into bait compartment at the rear of trap.
* Lower the trap into your aquarium and position it in the desired location.
* Pull on the trap line to open the door.
* When the desired creature enters the trap simply release the trap line and the self weighted door will close.
