Yes
when clipping this to the canopy, you'll need about 4-5 inches from the wall as its a little bulky.
its a great fan with 2 speeds to keep my t5s cool and longer lasting.
i cant hear the fan when its on full blast.

Good amount of air and very quiet

Yes
On highest setting (there are 2) I use them in my living room and you can barely tell they are on yet push a good amount of air--does not replace a chiller on larger amount of water but can at least keep the temp down a degree or 2.
Only drawback for me is the clip size is huge while it cant clip onto more than an inch or so(like a canopy edge) so I am limited where I can place them
