Yes
This is the most quiet pump i have ever used and I have had many pumps over the years. I first thought it was not working until I attached the hoses to it and the bubbles were going like crazy. It was just unbelievably quiet and I would definitely get another one if i needed it. The price was the best on the internet and the shipping was fast too.
