New to the hobby
I am new to the Hobby and started out with a 125 gallon Salt water. I know it is a bold step, but along the way I am learning from my mistakes. One of which is this kit. I didn't need the reef master kit, just the marine kit. I have used it to measure the levels of nitrate, and as described by the other reviews it is hard to determine the actual color. But at least I know it is not super high or super low levels.

Good enough, but not that great
Like other API test kits, the color matching is very subjective and can alter your perception of how your aquarium is doing. I asked a few different people which color they thought the tube matched with and got 2 different answers, so use caution.

Good affordable kit
My only complaint is that it can be difficult to distinguish the differences in phosphate levels. The colors are so close it's hard to tell. Other than that, it seems like a good kit. I know my LFS store uses it.
