Aqua Medic Dual 250W Electronic Ballast, Two Reflectors with double ended socket, Power Cords (approx. 6') with connectors, Two 250W HQI metal halide lamps.

Ocean Electronic Ballast is an energy conscious electronic ballast that starts softly to ensure extremely long bulb life.
With these new ballasts, 20K bulbs maintain a deeper and more intense blue while mid-Kelvin colors stay cooler without the small red-shift of the characteristic overdriving associated with our Ocean magnetic ballast.

Reflector Options:

 Parabolic 250W HQI Reflector:

- Advanced parabolic reflector design, shaped out of the highest quality polished aluminum mirror material.
- Designed for 1 250W Metal Halide HQI lamp.
- Mirror finish for up to 99% reflectivity.
- Fully assembled sockets with bracket (250W version).
- High quality, spring loaded contact inside the HQI socket to insure the lamp makes a more true contact.
- UV glass shield included.
- Dimensions: 11"L x 6"W x 3"H

This is a GREAT product for a GREAT price! I have ordered 2 sets now (= to 4 lights and only 2 ballasts). I have a 6 foot tank and its perfect light. I love the fact that its an electronic ballast and not magnetic. It saves energy during the start up and while on. The reflectors are great! Just make sure you take off the cover on the inside of the reflector before you decide to light it up! Would recommend this MH kit to anyone. You can't find a better kit for a better price out there.
