This product has the best reviews when you research it on the web. And this is my third skimmer for my tank I have 10g fish only tank with some live rock. Major issue was, would this skimmer fit on the tank, and the answer is yes. Its been running for 2 month now Function wise, its ok. It still creates small bubbles whenever there's small changes on the water level. Creates a lot of noise, but this could be solved by getting online help. They were really fast on responding. "As far as the sound, the skimmer produces bubbles by shooting a stream of water into the reaction chamber. Ive talked to several customers who have muffled the sound by stuffing a rolled up sheet of paper towel into the spaces between the injector elbow and the walls of the chamber in which it sits. Try that out, and let me know if it helps." and it worked!! I would recommend this skimmer to anyone looking for a nano size. But after having using one, in my experience, 10g tank with 30g filter, 20% water change, there's just not many thing that skimmer can clean. Get this one if you really want to have a skimmer, but just having 30g filter and religious water change and checking the water quality everyday is suffice in my experience
