Great concept, terrible quality Review by Ed
First, you have to replace the flexible tubing as it constantly kinks and stops working. The tongs do a good job on hair algae, still takes many go's plucking away - certainly not a cure all solution.
More frustrating than the cheap hose was the flimsy tongs that snapped near the top after maybe 10 hours of use in the tank. I would say it's worth buying multiple sets but they are tough to find and at $25... no way. (Posted on 2/22/2016)
Good idea, decent application Review by Brian
Overall, a pretty good idea. The tweezers work surprisingly well on hair algae and the like. The suction end could be a little closer to the tip, I found it easy to accidentally break suction at first.
The hose is very flexible and can kink easily. (Posted on 2/19/2009)
