The Easy Blade will make cleaning your aquarium easier! The new Easy Blade gives you the combined cleaning power of a floating algae magnet and a blade cleaner. Quickly and easily remove algae, including coralline algae, in those hard to reach corners.
The Easy Blades mounts permanently to the algae magnet with super glue.
Easy Blade has a working position and an idle position, allowing you to use just the algae magnet putting the Easy Blade into action for the tougher cleaning jobs.
Manual cleaning of the aquarium walls by reaching into the aquarium and using a conventional blade cleaner will be a thing of the past for you. No more stepping on a chair in order to be able to get your arm into the aquarium and no more stepping down from it and up again in order to see whether all areas of the aquarium are clean! Just use Easy Blade standing in front of your aquarium with everything in sight.
The blade is fastened safely as to minimize the risk of injury to humans and animals. Caution should be used around silicone joints.
The Easy Blade comes with one blade. Replacement blades are available separately.
The Easy Blade Black will work with the following algae magnets:

Note: Blades are not designed to be left underwater for extended periods of time. They should be removed from the aquarium after each use. |

Easy blade is easy

I had the little penn plax scraper with razor blades and it was ok, but the big blade on this is just much better. I used it on a magfloat scraper but I really like my tiger shark magnet to move it from the outside.

works like it supposed to. But I recommend buying a new separate algae cleaner for cleaning algae because the edge of this scrapper will lift the cleaner up a bit and makes the cleaning pad not touching the glass. Great product

It works really well, as long as you magnet is strong enough. I use a mag 350 on 1/2" glass with no problem.
Plus, you can loosen and retract or remove the blade to use your scraper normally.
Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability or longevity.

This is the best scraper I have ever used. Gets into tight places and removes thick Coraline algae like a hot knife through butter.
