I have yet to run this pump and it may be a while, but I want to say that Aquacave has the best product prices and shipping rates, and they ship faster than anyone Ive dealt with. This is the second pump Ive purchased from them, both at my door step within a few days, no games here. Will definitely keep coming back.
As for the pump, there are plenty of online reviews giving it an above average rating overall. A few noise complaints but not as bad as some brands, has a lot to do with how you mount it. Has a higher heat and power consumption rating than a Panworld, another pump you can get at a steal from Aquacave.
