My creatures all love this. The blend of foods provides something for my fish, large shrimps, crabs, in addition to my corals.
I used this when I first started my tank and the growth of my micro-fauna decreased substantially when I stopped using it.
I have restarted use of it and my corals and crustaceans seem much happier.
