Yes
I have used these pumps for years in my small fish pond, in my front yard. They last a long time and move a lot of water for a bargain price. Mine cycles on and off every minute, under control of a small computer. I just bought two more.

Product works with caveats

Yes
I had previously used one of these pumps for a few years before the impeller started rattling on me. Suspecting failure was not far away, I ordered another unit. However, the new unit rattled as bad as the previous one. It does move a lot of water for a very attractive price if one is willing to live with the added noise.
