The media bags we carry are a combination of felt material and polyester mesh material sewn together. This gives the bags added strength for holding carbon or other substrates without stretching.
By using these bags in the outflow of most protein skimmers, you will avoid bubbles in the sump.

I purchased this to help control the micro bubbles coming out of my skimmer. It comes with a small tie down strap that keeps it in place. It works great no more bubbles in the display tank.
