First, the skimmer is easy to assemble, the pumps are already set in, you only have to fix them. I had quite a hard time to start it. I didn't understand how I was supposed to plug the air tube from the blue valve (on picture) into the air tube of the air pump. The water entrance was also loose, so I had to fix it with some seal because it felt. Except the assembling and the starting, the skimmer seam to work well. I also tried to set the filter that comes with it. Don't put any pack of activated carbon or anything that would catch up air bubbles or it will block the water exit and the skimmer will overflow !

Lots of power, Skims a lot of gunk.
