For approx. 60 measurements. Phosphate strongly promotes algae growth. Thus, it should be regularly checked by means of the sera phosphate-Test and be removed in freshwater with sera phosvec. The phosphate level should be below 1 mg/l (ppm) in freshwater resp. 0.1 mg/l (ppm) in saltwater. |

Plastic sticks are bad

I like a lot of Sera products but test kits that involve tiny plastic sticks to measure out powder is inaccurate and unreliable. Why cant they use a tiny measuring cup instead? Or tell you an exact amount to add at least? Sera, there has to be a better way than this? Otherwise the product works just as intended.

Measures low levels of PO4, and actually gets a reading without having to spend a fortune on high end meters.
