A good pump
I think it’s quiet coming from an AC pump running it thru a 600gph hanging overflow box to a ten gal homemade sump. It’s set to about half it’s capacity. On a 40 gal tall mix. I like it!!!! Working well.

quiet
been running this pump for a week now and it's super quiet. Really like the controller to adjust the flow and the feed feature is a added bonus,just push the button and pump shuts down for 10 minutes. Matched this pump to a eshopps 1200 hob overflow and it handles it with no problem.

Not So Quiet
Purchase this pump brand new. Price was right and reviews were favorable. Installed and has been running for 2 days. Pump is now making an annoying loud hum. Not sure If I can return it.

Excellent Quiet Pump
I purchased this for a 93 gallon cube. Man is this thing quiet you dont even know it is running and it has plenty of output. I love the soft start and feed mode. I have had reef tanks for 30 years and this is the first dc pump I have owned and I think it is an excellent value. I am going to try their skimmer next.

I bought it since the price wasn't too bad. It is also dc controlled. It is quiet. So I would recommend this pump to others.
