The NEW AQUA-CUBE Medium Refugium features an ingenious space saving CUBE design which incorporates ESHOPPS dual water channel (ECD) that allows one channel of water to flow to the Refugium compartment while the second channel flows water to the protein skimmer compartment. This unique design allows water to travel through each compartment separately enabling efficient nutrient removal via protein skimming, while having a completely separate Refugium compartment flow channel that allows the use of additional Biological Filtration; such as, (BIO_LUX & macro algae’s) to aid in the removal of unwanted nutrients (nitrates & phosphates), from your Aquarium. The 4th Generation AQUOS-CLASS, AQUA-CUBE Medium is the perfect Hobbyist-Level space saving All-IN-One sump for the Medium size Cube Aquarium.
