It does a good job of maintaining the pH in my calcium reactor. However, I have four issues with it.<br>I am using the thicker CO2 tubing. The tubing doesn't fit though the lock ring, so I can't use it. The barbed hose fitting is short and insufficient.<br>The power cord is fairly short. In my case, it doesn't reach my controller outlet.<br>The working pressure is high and can't be adjusted. I need about 8 psi for my reactor. The working pressure on this regulator is preset at about 50 psi.<br>The regulator comes with no instructions whatsoever.<br>When I get a CO2 tank filled, the pressure is usually 1000-1200 psi. The primary gauge on this regulator goes up to 3500 psi. Not sure why that is the case. seems like the wrong gauge. <br>

This product performs well once properly installed and adjusted. They did fail to mention in the directions that the O ring for the bubble counter is inside the counter and should be removed and placed on the outlet before attaching the bubble counter. The lack of the O ring caused leaking early after installation, which I solved once I realized that they had placed the O ring inside the counter. They would be wise to mention this in their installation instructions. Also, the application of some Teflon plumbers tape on the bubble counter's outlet end will help secure the seal.

I'm using this regulator on my planted 120 gal tank for the last 8 months. No issues. Very easy to set up and dial in.

I'm very happy with this purchase. Very easy to set up and solenoid valve works great with my Pinpoint controller. This regulator replaced my old Reef Fanatic which failed after 4 years of use on my planted tank.

Good regulator. Works well with my calcium reactor. Needle valve is a bit touchy but once set it holds well. I use it with Milwaukee's MC122 pH controller.
